Accountability is the result of smart communications, a promise made, and appropriate rewards and consequences. During this interactive presentation, we will explore how the 3 C’s: communications, committment and capability are the major drivers in accountability. We will then take a look at how to create and sustain accountability across an organization. Then we will take a look at how effective delegation has a huge impact on accountability. Participants will be introduced to a simple process of delegation, which can impact effectvieness both personally and professionally.
