WHO WE ARE: BETH ARMKNECHT MILLERbeth miller BETH ARMKNECHT MILLER

A 15+ year project management leader, executive-level consultant in sales, marketing and strategic planning, and successful consulting firm co-founder, Miller is a trusted expert to all levels of corporate executives. Her accomplishments include being named 2007 Rookie of the Year by Vistage, the world leading international CEO coaching organization for which she serves as a group chair in Atlanta, Georgia; a Georgia Trend Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree; and member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2004.

A graduate of Babson College (the nation’s No. 1 rated university for the study of entrepreneurship), Miller is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program, and is certified to deliver the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Hogan Talent Assessments. She is a Certified Managerial Coach by Kennesaw State University.

Prior to founding Executive Velocity, Miller served as co-founder and board chair for MA&A Group Inc., a technology project management consulting firm established in 1989. Led by Miller and her husband, the company scored #199 in the 1996 Inc. 500 ranking of America’s 500 fastest growing, privately-held companies. The company also was named a “Pacesetter” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 1997, 1999 and 2000.

Miller honed her management skills in finance, sales and marketing early in her career working for prestigious corporations such as Coopers and Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) and the Digital Equipment Corporation. A committed professional and personal volunteer, she is past president of the Association for Corporate Growth and has served the Junior League of Atlanta, United Way of Metro Atlanta, the Atlanta Opera and the Woodruff Arts Center, among others, with her time and considerable business expertise.
